Instant Adhesive, water resistant, and cures in 30 minutes. When using make sure tire is clean and dry. Apply enough to cover the back of the tire lettering, DO NOT OVER APPLY. For best results press on the tire lettering for at least 30 seconds to a minute. Store in room temperature / dry cool place. (keep out of direct sun light).
